Thank you, Dr. Ruiz. I really appreciate the invitation to participate and collaborate internationally.
1. Socket was grafted at the time of extraction with a cancellous allograft (particle size 0.25-2mm) mixed with PRF and a PRF membrane on top of the socket.
2. Simplant software (now owned by Dentsply)
3. Assuming delayed placement: 10%(flapless) 90% (with some type of flap manipulation). The reality is that most implant sites are deficient from a soft tissue perspective. I feel prefer to use the good existing tissue as a source of good tissue for the future implant).
I will post my 7 implant flap design cheat sheet for the members to review.
I now place all my implants guided (not all systems allow a fully guided placement like zimmer but the osteotomy is guided).
In the future I will post complications with guided surgery that mostly have to do with improper planning on my part.

1.- did You graft the socket at time of tooth removal?
2.- Could You explain what software did You use?
3.- what is the average of your implant with guided surgery And open flap?
