Full arch mandibular implants
40 Years old female patient with failing dentition and a previous attempt to place a couple of dental implants by another "dentist". Plan was to extract the remaining teeth and remove the failed dental implants, place a total of six implants to support a future CAD-CAM screw retained implant bridge. Insights from today's surgery.

Thanks all for the nice compliments. Dr Fernandez, here's the answer to your questions:
1-I used two types of instruments to flatten the bone. First i used a bone saw to make the initial bone cut at the determined levels based on the CT planning (photo attached), then used a classic large surgical cutter to finalize the bone flattening.
2-Implants are S-clean bone level tapered implants made by Dentis implant company (korean company) http://www.dentis-implant.com/en/products/implants/
3-Regarding the Keratinized tissue, well that has been my real concern when i was planning this case, ideally a split thickness flap would have helped to try and apically reposition the keratinzed mucosa at the implant necks, however i used a full thickness flap and then tried a combination of mattress and interrupted sutures to position the tissue around the implant necks. Will wait for the final healing to take place before i decide if further intervention will be needed.

1.- what did you use to flatten the Bone
2.- implant brand
3.- what about keratiniced tissue.
