45 Y F patient. Plan was to place two implants to restore teeth 15 and 16 (UPPER RIGHT SECOND PREMOLAR AND FIRST MOLAR TEETH). Sinus lift together with simultenous implant placement was preformed.

Hi doctor Juan. You always ask about the implant brand :). legacy 1 implant from implant direct/Bioss xenograft/biotek collagen membrane. 6 months before loading.
