Ridge splitting with simultaneous Implant placement
60 Years old male patient. missing teeth 13-17. Preoperative CBCT analysis shows some vertical bone loss together with narrow ridge width crestally at region 13, 14 and 15. Despite the vertical bone loss, sufficient height to place implants of ideal length was still present. Ridge splitting was planned to address the horizontal deficiency, together with simulatenous implant placement. The planned future prosthesis is cad cam milled bridge with a visiolign gingival facing (trying it out for the first time) to make up for the vertical deficiency crestally and avoid having any aesthetic compromise. 3 or 4 implants may have been enough, however, bone quality was very poor so i opted for placing a total of 5 just to be on the safe side.

Thank You for the nice compliment. I will re-enter the site after 6 months. Considering the poor bone quality i want to give maximum time for the implants to heal.
