i have this crazy idea to harvested the mixed epithelio and CTG ,with the similar shape of collagen membran sealer in the alveolar preservation after extraction of periodontal compromised tooth

of course master ,you mean this picture in the article of Michael Stimmelmayr,i know that its not new the harvest of mixed graft ,my idea about the shape of this graft its not the same shape and not the same size,i used this graft for ridge preservation after extraction
