Thank u for your comments. I usually use both ( general and local anesthesia)
general: propofol, fentanil, fentanest, midazolam, atracurio
local: articain and bupivacain
general: nasotraqueal
local: infraorbital, palatal( bilateral), nasopalatine, tuberosity and extraoral local anesthesia around the tip of the implant.
Talking about planification:: i have tried many different softwares, at the end the best is 3D model, to operate it in advance, and select the proper implant intraoperativelly

For zygomatic and pterygoid implant what kind of anesthesia do you need? general ? infraorbital?
How do you plan your surgery? the length and angulation of implant and abutment? It seems complicated to predict in advance.
