Thanks for your kind words, i always use an essix retainer, Vacumpress covering the donnor site, and the supraecuatorial portion of the teeth for retention.
is it clear?. Any doubth don hesitase to ask.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. May I ask if the donor site for the connective tissue graft was dressed with any dressing or was only cautery applied to the area? Nice presentation

Respecto a tu pregunta supongo que te referirás al biomaterial con el que relleno el último alveolo( el distal) utilizo xenoinjerto vehiculizado con colágeno la marca es Xenoflex y aquí en España lo distribuye Strauman, respecto al cuadrado es una esponja de colágeno que aplasto entre los dedos para darle un poco más de resistencia, utilizo los de la marca Surgispon que distribuyen los de Osteogenos.
