La revolución de los pilares

Debo confesarlo: soy un converso. Hasta hace no mucho tiempo yo era un firme defensor de la superioridad de los implantes con cuello pulido para conseguir estabilidad de los tejidos peri- implantarios de forma predecible y sencilla. Utilizaba implantes sin cuello pulido para la zona estética, pero no les veía muchas más indicaciones. Tenía claro que por mi tranquilidad y por mis pacientes, el implante de rutina, ese del que hay que tener un cajón en la clínica con todas las longitudes y diámetros, debía tener cuello pulido.

Precioso caso macho, yo en este tipo de casos cada vez mas tiro por colocar un solo implante con un cantilever (normalmente implante en el central y el cantilever en el lateral), no sè què tal lo veis, enhorabuena de nuevo Alejandro està de lujo
